Mmmmmuffins

I like to serve some kind of bread or biscuit when I make soup. I like the muffin idea because they are already portioned, and they stay neat and tidy. I find regular cornbread messy. Since this is soup season, I wanted to share a few recipes I've found.

Cheese Muffins (Contest winner on PioneerWoman.com)

These are basically a cheese biscuit in a muffin tin. We tried them and loved them. Next time I would add some finely chopped onion and minced garlic.
